How we work
Four stations from grove to dispatch

Grove and harvest
Bunches are carefully cut by hand by our most skilled technicians at the right stage for each variety and reach the packhouse the same day.

Sorting and quality check
Dates are sorted by hand, one by one, and checked before packing by a gloved quality-control team led by PhD holders.

Packing
Gift boxes are filled with great care, date by date; bulk goes into 5 kg cartons marked by variety colour.
4
Storage and dispatch
Cartons are stacked on pallets and leave the final station by truck for the port or airport.
